Job Summary
We are seeking experienced full-time housekeepers/housemen to join the household staff of a luxury private estate in Beverly Hills, California. This is a live-out position offering 40+ hours per week in a high-end private residence. The ideal candidate will have experience in private estate or luxury residential housekeeping, a meticulous eye for detail, and the discretion required to work in a high-profile, high-net-worth household. This role involves maintaining the home to exacting standards, ensuring all spaces are pristine, and delivering service that reflects the elegance and quality of a luxury property.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional housekeeping service in a private home environment

  • Perform detailed cleaning of rooms, restrooms, corridors, stairways, and other living spaces

  • Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors; dust and polish furniture; vacuum carpets and rugs

  • Wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork; clean and shine windows, door panels, and sills

  • Empty wastebaskets, clean and disinfect bathrooms, and restock supplies

  • Maintain laundry services, including washing, ironing, and organizing linens

  • Assist with kitchen cleaning and light food prep as needed

  • Follow established cleaning protocols for a luxury residence

  • Report maintenance issues promptly and ensure the home is guest-ready at all times

  • Uphold the highest standards of discretion and professionalism in a private household

  • Collaborate with other household staff to ensure seamless operations

Knowledge and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a housekeeper, houseman, or cleaner in a private estate or luxury hotel

  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize daily housekeeping tasks efficiently

  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work harmoniously with other domestic staff

  • Exceptional attention to detail and speed without compromising quality

  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality in a high-net-worth family household

  • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency preferred

  • Must have own transportation and a valid driver’s license

Schedule

  • Full-time: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week (weekends required)

  • Expected hours: 40 hours per week

  • Flexibility for occasional evenings or special events in the home

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting at $24 an hour

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented housekeeper/houseman for our client in New York City. This position offers a work week ranging from 8 to over 24 hours. The primary responsibility is to efficiently maintain the cleanliness of our clients' private residences. The job requires a focus on style, attention to detail, and service attributes essential for providing thorough and discreet service.

Candidates must provide their own transportation and be able to furnish documentation verifying their eligibility to work in the U.S. in accordance with the Federal I-9 form. skills in are preferred.

Work Schedule & Availability

This position requires a flexible and adaptable candidate available to work 8 to 24+ hours per week, with the following core shifts:

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

  • Fridays: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Please note: This is not the client’s full-time residence, but they do visit 4–5 times per year. During these visits, the candidate must be available on an on-call or extended basis to provide support throughout the duration of the client’s stay. Flexibility, professionalism, and discretion during these periods are essential.

  • Cleaning rooms, restrooms, corridors and stairways

  • Empty wastebaskets, wipe down bathroom surfaces, clean/disinfect bathrooms

Knowledge and Skills

  • Multitask, organize and prioritize tasks on an hourly and daily basis

  • Work well with others in a team environment

  • Perform job duties with attention to detail, speed and efficiency

  • Maintain confidentiality of client information

Education and Work Experience

  • One year of minimum related experience required as a Housekeeper, Houseman or Cleaner. Private Estate cleaning and hospitality experience preferred

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

  • Conduct residential cleaning tasks such as kitchen and bathroom sanitation, laundry services, and floor care.

  • Manage housekeeping responsibilities efficiently while adhering to established cleaning protocols.

  • Handle carpet cleaning and maintenance as required.

  • Assist with cooking and meal preparation when necessary.

  • Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues in the facility.

  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Experience

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Familiarity with housekeeping management practices in residential or hotel settings is a plus.

  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is essential.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

  • Must demonstrate a commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour (or more, depending on experience)
