Global hospitality firm Altamarea Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated General Manager (GM) to join the opening team for Marea Beverly Hills, the first expansion of the iconic Marea in the U.S. outside New York.

General Manager Responsibilities
Deliver superior service and optimize the client dining experience daily, consistently.
Actively engage in service and lead with a hands-on approach, offering the highest levels of guest service and interaction by exhibiting a friendly personality and engaging in guest outreach consistently.
Train, develop, and motivate all staff, setting and implementing exact service standards.
Organize, supervise, and execute shifts.
Build teams and create a culture of performance and excellence, "winning together."
Lead complex operations and set a calming tone over the organization.
Lead and engage other management team members on operational tasks and strategic direction.
Communicate collaboratively and effectively across all departments and levels of staff.
Respond promptly and accurately to all client matters.
Link and sync with Marea NYC leadership.
Oversee CRM strategy for the restaurant under Altamarea Group standards and build and develop a client base within the LA network.
Strong understanding of the LA market and client base tiers.
Monitor and track key financial targets (revenue, food cost, labor cost, etc.).
Emphasize driving business while maintaining food and service consistency.
Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, staff, vendors, and all other constituents.
Comply with all applicable policies, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to safety, health, jurisdictional laws, and labor compliance.
General Manager Requirements
Extensive restaurant management experience and fluency in all applicable jurisdictional laws and regulations.
Strong background in and passion for hospitality with deep knowledge of fine dining service standards.
Highly organized, efficient, and able to work precisely.
Capable, trustworthy, with integrity and excellent communication skills.
Energetic, approachable, positive disposition with the ability to build relationships and motivate others.
Demonstrate creativity and a commitment to brand success.
Open availability and the ability to work flexible hours.
Physical requirements include the ability to handle and carry trays, smallware, equipment, or other items up to 50 lbs, and the ability to stand, walk up and downstairs, and exert well-paced mobility for extended periods.
